Frequently asked questions

What are the mandatory additional costs?

Additional costs per campsite and per rental accommodation:

Reservation fee: € 20,00
Bedding Packages: € 9.50 per person (not at the camping site)
Various taxes / tourist taxes p.p. (Changes by location)

Can I give a preference?

It is possible to give preference to the location of the place you have booked. In order to guarantee this preference, your booking will make a preferential booking.

For this a surcharge of € 16.50 is calculated per accommodation / camping site.
Note: If you have not booked directly with Oostappen Group but through a tour operator, a preferred booking is not always possible. Please inform in advance or call (+31) 0493 326 977

Are pets allowed?

Pets (up to 2 pets) are welcome to all the Oostappen Group parks. For this, a surcharge of € 5, - per pet per day is calculated per accommodation / campsite. In addition, 10, - euro final cleaning costs are calculated.

Are there smoke and pet free accommodations?

Yes, there are both pet-free and non-smoking accommodations.

Can I cancel?

When you have made a booking and you wish to cancel it, please do so in writing. You can send an e-mail to stating that you wish to cancel. In order to assist you as well as possible, we also ask you to mention the reservation number and the reason of cancellation in this email. If you do not have a cancellation fund at Oostappen Group, the regular cancellation fee applies. Check out our booking conditions.

From what time can I check in and what time do I have to check out again?

If you come with your own camping equipment, you can check in from 12:00 on the day of arrival. If you rent an accommodation at Oostappen Group, you can check in from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out is always before 10:00 on departure day. Did you know that you can also check-out at 22:00? One day before departure check at the frontdesk if your accommodation / campsite is still available. 

When will I be I checked-in online?

When you have entered all the subjects, you have been checked online. You must provide your first name, last name, gender and date of birth to each person. If you also enter a phone number and email address in a timely manner, you can also enter one of the parents' data in children. You are sure to be eligible for the accelerated check.

When do I get my identification / pool cards?

The identification cards can be printed on arrival at the park itself through the ticket machine. These tickets are not delivered in advance.
